Interactions Ltd is a private consultancy involved with evaluation and dissemination of EC projects for over 20 years, focusing on sustainable urban mobility projects, such as CIVITAS.

Outside of EC projects, Interactions works with local authorities and operators in Ireland and the UK, in researching users’ needs, perceptions and motivations, specialising in behaviour change and communications.

It has specific expertise in organisational culture and organisational change, having conducted audits and staff surveys for private companies.

Interactions has worked with cities across Europe, covering many individual sustainable mobility projects and its role is to provide mentoring support and advice, helping with research, development, implementation, communication and evaluation of the interventions.
