The SUITS project had a three days project plenary meeting in Alba Iulia, Romania, on 10-12 December 2019. On 10th December, the Implementation of the Behavioral change workshop was organized. The cities’ representatives highlighted the best examples of quick wins during the change implementation in local authorities and defined the lessons learnt from the whole organizational behavioral process.
On the following two days, a fine tuning of the project’s current work and planning for the next six months took place. Major achievements on delivery of SUITS research results were presented and scrutinized by SUITS partners.
